"Portal of government services of the Russian Federation" is an Internet portal (site) of background information. According to the Ministry of Communications, as of April 2019, 86.5 million of Russians were registered on the portal.
It provides an access to state and municipal services in the Russian Federation and their provision in a digital form for individuals and entities. All services posted on the portal are correlated with a specific region of Russia: the place of receipt of the service determines both the availability of the service itself and the conditions for its provision.
